Synopsis
The year is 1971 and OMNI's top spy, Lance Ryder, is called in by Commander Alex Power to investigate the mysterious shooting death of a young military policeman, killed in Qui Trang Province, South Viet Nam.
A lead takes Ryder into the upper regions of Thailand and Cambodia where he quickly learns the young policeman's life was a bizarre twisted combination of drugs, membership in a smuggling ring, and an unearthly fear of the ring's leader.
Returning to Vietnam after hitting a dead end in his search for the killer, Ryder discovers that the organizer of the infamous gang of smugglers and killers is an army officer with much more on his mind than just smuggling heroin.
The OMNI investigator methodically continues his pursuit of the bad guys unaware that he is on the verge of encountering a supernatural MOLECH who is resolute in destroying Ryder and taking mankind to the brink of extinction . . .

F. Washington Brown is an electronics engineer who retired from White Sands Missile Range, NM to write full time. He is a graduate of: Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and wrote his first novel in 1994 titled: Mephisto Shadows. Mr. Brown writes for New Mexico Magazine and a movie review column for Alamogordo Daily News.
